Filippo Taidelli builds his professional career on international experience gained at renowned firms such as ETSAM Madrid (with Abalos & Herreros) and Mario Cucinella Architects, deepening his expertise in construction technology, the regeneration of existing heritage, and environmental research.

In 2005, he founded FTA, an integrated architecture practice based in Milan, combining design work with intensive academic activity as a lecturer and tutor at IED Turin, the Polytechnic of Milan, and the Scuola Politecnica di Design. Today, FTA develops projects in Italy, Albania, and China.

Among its most recent works are: the Humanitas University Campus in Pieve Emanuele (MI) and the Roberto Rocca Innovation Building, the headquarters of the Medical School and Biomedical Engineering faculty, winner of The Plan Award (2023) and the Klimahouse Wood Architecture Prize (2024); the expansion of the Zenale building in Milan, that won the Bio Architecture Award in 2012 and the renovation of Internazionale F.C. Training Facility at Appiano Gentile, which won the Next Energy Award 2008.
