The building is the new home of the Humanitas University degree course in Medicine and Biomedical Engineering in partnership with the Politecnico of Milan.
It was created within the Humanitas University Campus-dedicated not only welcoming students and faculty, but to offering a hybrid relation-ships with external scientific sectors; an open environment of international and transversal sharing. A new knowledge “hangar” dedicated to the medicine of the future.
A transparent facade and a wooden load-bearing structure give shape to a permeable, energetically efficient architecture with an identifiable character.
